Kids parties – an IBS’ers worst nightmare! – how do you survive?
Out of this table I can eat the sandwiches (cause I made them) and maybe a Rice Krispie bun!! The sweets, chocolate and crisps are all gut stimulants and trigger foods for IBS – neither are they particularly good for children either, lol!
If you go (or are going) to a party, I suggest you take a banana and a plain low fibre biscuit with you so you know you can nibble on something and not get sick!
The kids had fun though!!
